1. User Accounts and Access Rules
1.1. It is strictly forbidden to transfer, sell, or share your account with others.
1.2. Your password must always remain confidential. For your security, passwords are stored in an irreversible encrypted format. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials safe. ATiBUCKS shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access caused by poor password management.
1.3. Each user is allowed to maintain only one account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts will result in the termination of all related accounts. This rule also applies to payment wallet addresses — they must be unique and not shared between users.
1.4. Only one account per computer may be used to view advertisements. If multiple accounts are found viewing ads from the same device, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended.
1.5. You may view advertisements from only one IP address within a 24-hour period. However, you may log in from multiple IPs as long as you do not abuse the system. Logging in or viewing ads from proxies, VPNs, or shared networks (such as schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
1.6. Your email address will never be displayed publicly, sold, or shared under any circumstances.
1.7. ATiBUCKS does not modify user account information upon request. Requests to change uplines, usernames, or referral data will not be accepted.
1.8. Accounts created with false, misleading, or incomplete information will be permanently suspended without prior notice.
2. Referral Guidelines and Earning Rules
2.1. You may refer an unlimited number of new members to ATiBUCKS.
2.2. Each referral must register with a unique and valid email address.
2.3. You must not send unsolicited emails, spam messages, or use any forced method to gain referrals. Using third-party services or paid systems that sell or generate referrals is strictly prohibited. Verified violations will result in the permanent suspension of your account.
2.4. Rented referrals include an automatic exchange policy. If any rented referral does not click on any advertisement within seven (7) days, the system will replace that referral at no additional cost, provided that replacements are available. This policy applies only to rented referrals. Replacements depend on system availability and activity levels, and future behavior cannot be guaranteed.
2.5. A referral cannot change or modify the member who referred them under any circumstance.
2.6. Members can only rent referrals when available and within the limits defined by their current membership plan. Exceeding the referral limit will result in the suspension of earnings from all referrals until compliance is restored.
2.7. Referral earnings are directly linked to your personal activity. To receive full credit from your referrals’ clicks, you must click at least four (4) advertisements per day. If you click fewer than that, your earnings will be proportional to your own activity, calculated as your clicks multiplied by your number of referrals. These calculations are based on server time, which is displayed on the “View Ads” page.
2.8. Referral click earnings are usually credited instantly but may take up to 24 hours depending on server load.
2.9. The maximum number of referrals allowed depends on your current membership level. You can view your referral limits in your account dashboard or referral listing page.
3. Community Rules and User Behavior
3.1. All registered members have access to read public forum areas. Private or restricted sections are only accessible to authorized members.
3.2. You may post and participate in forum discussions once you have successfully registered and logged into your account.
3.3. ATiBUCKS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward racism, sexism, harassment, or any form of abusive language. Healthy debates and discussions are encouraged, but rude, offensive, or inflammatory comments directed toward other members or ATiBUCKS staff are strictly prohibited.
3.4. Members are free to express their opinions respectfully without offending, defaming, or harassing others.
3.5. Any type of promotion, referral solicitation, advertising, money exchange, service offers, or requests within forum posts or topics is not allowed. Spamming the forum with irrelevant content, duplicate posts, illegal material, personal contact details, or links to external websites or social media platforms is strictly prohibited.
3.6. Making accusations without evidence, threats, intimidation, or any form of disrespect toward ATiBUCKS or its staff, either on this platform or elsewhere, will result in disciplinary action. This may include temporary or permanent suspension of your account, removal of membership benefits, or loss of forum privileges.
3.7. Posting or spreading content that could harm the reputation, integrity, or operations of ATiBUCKS, its users, advertisers, or service partners will be treated as a serious offense and may result in the immediate suspension of your forum access or account.
4. Advertising Rules and Restrictions
4.1. Each user can earn rewards from viewing a specific advertisement only once within a 24-hour period.
4.2. ATiBUCKS accepts most types of advertisements; however, ads that contain or redirect to pages with malicious code, illegal content, adult material, or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes are strictly prohibited.
Websites that use ATiBUCKS’ name for unrelated services are also not allowed.
All advertised pages must load completely within 10 seconds, and must be capable of handling multiple visits per second to ensure smooth delivery and fair exposure to all users.
4.3. Advertisements must be viewed only on desktop or laptop devices using a standard web browser and mouse clicks. Viewing ads via mobile devices, tablets, or using automated tools, bots, or click emulators is not permitted and may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
4.4. ATiBUCKS reserves the right to review, approve, or deny any advertisement at its sole discretion. Any ad deemed inappropriate, misleading, or potentially harmful to our users or reputation will be removed without prior notice.
5. Anti-Fraud and System Integrity Policy
5.1. Every attempt to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the ATiBUCKS system or servers will be automatically logged and investigated.
5.2. ATiBUCKS reserves the right to take immediate action against any suspicious or unauthorized activity. In most cases, such actions will result in account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.
5.3. The use of any kind of automated tools, bots, browser extensions, scripts, or software that performs clicks, logins, or other user actions on your behalf is strictly prohibited.
Only manual participation is allowed when interacting with advertisements and other platform features.
5.4. Any confirmed or attempted act of fraud, cheating, or system exploitation will lead to immediate and permanent account suspension, along with forfeiture of all balances and earnings.
6. Payment and Withdrawal Terms
6.1. All withdrawals and payments are processed through the following supported methods: Payeer, FaucetPay, AirTM, USDT, Solana, Litecoin, USDC , Skrill , Neteller a.nd many more.
At this time, no other payment options are available. Payments must be requested using the same payment processor used for your previous deposits.
If multiple processors were used, requests may be made through any processor with an equal or greater deposit history.
6.2. Payments are usually sent instantly upon request. However, in rare cases of technical or service delays from the payment processor, transactions may take up to six (6) business days to complete.
6.3. The minimum withdrawal amount is $4.00 USD. Please note that payment processor fees may apply and will be automatically deducted from your payout amount.
6.4. Only one payment request can be submitted at a time. You must wait until your pending withdrawal is processed before submitting another request.
6.5. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment account information (address, wallet ID, or email) is correct and valid. Once a payment is processed to the provided details, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
6.6. ATiBUCKS is responsible only for submitting payments to the selected payment processor. Any further issues or delays must be resolved directly with the respective processor’s support team.
6.7. Your payment processor account must be active and free from any restrictions, freezes, or limitations that could prevent transactions.
Withdrawals made to suspended or frozen accounts will be automatically denied and will not be refunded to your ATiBUCKS account balance.
6.8. Any refund or returned payment received from a processor will not be re-added to your ATiBUCKS balance or reissued under any circumstances.
7. Payments to ATiBUCKS
7.1. All membership and upgrade payments must be made exclusively through the secure payment links provided in your "My Account" section on ATiBUCKS.
Any direct or manual transfers made outside of the ATiBUCKS platform will not be recognized and are non-refundable.
7.2. All payments made to ATiBUCKS are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed or credited back under any circumstances.
7.3. Payments made to ATiBUCKS do not require verification by the payment processor; however, users are fully responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and valid before completing any transaction.
8. Non-Refundable Purchases Policy
8.1. All membership upgrades purchased on ATiBUCKS are non-refundable, regardless of usage, account status, or duration of service.
8.2. All purchases related to advertising exposure packages and paid ad clicks are also non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or credited back to your account balance.
8.3. The purchase of banner exposure packages or any other promotional placements within the ATiBUCKS platform is strictly non-refundable.
All users are encouraged to review package details carefully before making a payment, as all transactions are considered final.
9. Account Suspension and Termination Policy
9.1. ATiBUCKS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for any valid reason — including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward the platform or its members.
9.2. Accounts that are suspended or terminated will have all balances, earnings, and referral data permanently reset. No refunds or compensations will be provided under any circumstances.
9.3. Once an account has been suspended or terminated, it will be archived for security and record-keeping purposes. Users will not be able to register again using the same username, email address, or payment account.
9.4. Accounts that remain inactive for more than 30 consecutive days may be automatically suspended and considered permanently inactive. Any remaining balances will be forfeited.
9.5. ATiBUCKS does not delete user accounts, regardless of their status — whether active, suspended, or terminated — in order to maintain system integrity and security compliance.
10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
10.1. ATiBUCKS shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in performance that are beyond its direct control. This includes, but is not limited to, system outages, server downtime, third-party service failures, or unforeseen technical issues.
10.2. ATiBUCKS reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, adjustments to fees, membership benefits, promotional offers, or platform rules.
ATiBUCKS also reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue its services at any time and without prior notice.
10.3. ATiBUCKS is not responsible or liable for the actions, content, or conduct of any users, advertisers, or third-party partners associated with the platform. This includes all external suppliers, payment processors, and advertising networks utilized by ATiBUCKS.
10.4. ATiBUCKS is not responsible for managing or paying any taxes on behalf of its users. Each user is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to the income they earn through the platform in accordance with their local laws.
11. Acceptance of Terms and Contact Information
By registering, accessing, or using any service on ATiBUCKS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our platform immediately.
